When you submit a booking request, the information you provide is stored: given name, surname, email, phone, country of origin, dates, guest count and any optional message. It is used solely to check availability, communicate with you and manage your request or reservation.

The information is transferred to Aethra’s local management application through a protected sync connection. It is not sold or used for marketing mail. This website accepts booking requests only and does not collect or store card or payment details.

To protect the form from automated spam, when Google reCAPTCHA is enabled, Google processes technical data under its Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

To correct or delete information attached to a request, contact Aethra using the contact details provided for your stay.
