ACCOMMODATION POLICIES
The following policies apply to direct requests and direct bookings at Aethra Seaview Suites. Any special terms stated in a written offer or confirmation form part of the relevant booking.
Arrival outside the hours above is possible only by prior written arrangement and confirmation from the property.
Submitting the form creates a stay request, not a confirmed booking. The booking becomes final after written acceptance by Aethra Seaview Suites or after payment of the agreed deposit.
The website does not collect money or store card or payment details. If a deposit is requested, its amount and payment method are communicated in writing. Apart from any agreed deposit, the remaining balance is payable on arrival at the property using the agreed method.
The request price summary shows the accommodation price and the applicable Climate Crisis Resilience Fee. The fee is paid at the property in accordance with current legislation.
01 · STANDARD RATE
Unless a different policy has been agreed, cancellation at least 21 days before arrival creates no payment obligation and any deposit is refunded. For a later cancellation, no-show or non-use of part of the agreed stay, 50% of the unused accommodation amount may be due, with the deposit offset against it, in accordance with the applicable Regulation. Every cancellation or change must be sent in writing to the property email address.
02 · SPECIAL RATE
A non-refundable booking applies only when a special discounted rate requiring immediate full payment is expressly offered and accepted by the guest in writing. If the guest cancels, the amount paid for that special booking is not refunded.
03 · CLARIFICATION
For accommodation services provided on a specific date or during a specific period, the general 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts does not apply. The cancellation policy of the relevant booking applies.
For everyone’s comfort and a peaceful stay, please observe the following rules.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the suites. The premises are equipped with smoke detectors, which activate when smoke is detected.

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 09:00 and must be observed throughout the property.

Pets are not permitted, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Parties and events are not permitted at the property.

The suite and common areas may be occupied and used only by the guests declared in the booking. Additional undeclared persons may not stay in or use the premises, and the total number of guests may not exceed the suite’s maximum occupancy. Any visit by a third party requires the property’s prior approval.
For bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com or another platform, the payment and cancellation terms displayed and accepted on that platform apply.
